近年，我国橡胶企业加大创新力度，橡胶行业迅猛发展，产业规模不断增长，但是我国橡胶企业发展依然面临创新不足的问题。根据创新型企业的相关理论，对企业创新能力展开评价。在构建企业创新能力评价指标体系的基础上，运用灰色关联度分析方法，对以软控股份有限公司为代表的橡胶企业的创新能力进行评价，然后通过与华为的创新能力对比分析，发现软控的不足之处。
