计算1995—2011年我国省际碳生产率,分析碳生产率的区域差异,并建立面板数据模型对碳生产率的驱动因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,我国不同地区之间碳生产率水平差异较大,东部远远高于中西部;2006年前西部碳生产率高于中部,之后中部反超西部。另外,提高碳生产率的驱动因素中,技术进步对我国碳生产率起到明显的正向驱动作用,而对外开放度、能源消费结构和产业结构对碳生产率的提高具有不同程度的负效应。要提高我国碳生产率,缩小区域间差距,各省市应根据经济发展程度以及本省资源禀赋因地制宜提高碳生率;根据我国不同地区的自身情况,采取有效措施缩小东、中、西三大地区之间碳生产率的差距;利用技术引进与研发综合提高能源利用效率。

We make an empirical analysis on the driving factors of China' s carbon productivity by calculating the carbon productivity of China' s provinces from 1995 to 2011, analyzing the regional differences of carbon productivity and constructing the panel data model. The result shows that there is a large gap of carbon productivity in different areas in China. The east has the highest level of carbon productivity, which is obviously higher than that of the middle and the west. The carbon productivity of the west is higher than that of the middle before 2006, and it is overtaken by the middle after 2006. In addition, technological advance has an obvious positive effect, while opening degree, energy consumption structure and industrial structure have distinct negative effect on the increase of China' s carbon productivity. To improve the carbon productivity of China and to diminish the regional differences should based on the economic development and the resource endowment of each province to increase the carbon productivity, which are good for introducing the science and technology and the research and development to enhance the efficiency of energy use by adopting effective measures.
