近年来,采用官员微观样本分析中国发展问题的文献大量涌现,这些文献为人们理解中国发展模式提供了新的见解。文章基于这些文献,从官员治理的视角切入,提炼官员主导发展的内在动力,梳理官员主导发展的发展绩效,阐述现有的官员主导发展模式所带来的代价和挑战,并指出现有研究有望通过在理论、视角、方法、工具等方面的深化与扩展,为中国的发展转型提供实践指导。
近年來,採用官員微觀樣本分析中國髮展問題的文獻大量湧現,這些文獻為人們理解中國髮展模式提供瞭新的見解。文章基于這些文獻,從官員治理的視角切入,提煉官員主導髮展的內在動力,梳理官員主導髮展的髮展績效,闡述現有的官員主導髮展模式所帶來的代價和挑戰,併指齣現有研究有望通過在理論、視角、方法、工具等方麵的深化與擴展,為中國的髮展轉型提供實踐指導。

In recent years, large numbers of documents have been analyzing China＇s development using official microscopic samples. These documents provide new insights for people to understand China＇s growth model. Based on these documents, from the perspective of official governance, this paper refines the officials＇ intrinsic motivation for development, lists the performance of officials - led development, and describes the existing costs and challenges brought out by the dominant growth model. Existing studies are expected to be deepened and expanded by theory, perspectives, methods, and tools, to provide practical guidance for China＇s development and transformation.
