随着高等学校办学经费来源多元化，举债办学以及债务管理日益成为高校财务管理重要工作之责。研究新高等学校财务制度和会计制度有关债务管理规范，并提出完善高校举债机制的路径，有利于创新高校财务管理体系，提高综合财务管理水平和能力，构建现代法治大学体系，保障和促进高等教育健康发展。
隨著高等學校辦學經費來源多元化，舉債辦學以及債務管理日益成為高校財務管理重要工作之責。研究新高等學校財務製度和會計製度有關債務管理規範，併提齣完善高校舉債機製的路徑，有利于創新高校財務管理體繫，提高綜閤財務管理水平和能力，構建現代法治大學體繫，保障和促進高等教育健康髮展。
수착고등학교판학경비래원다원화，거채판학이급채무관리일익성위고교재무관리중요공작지책。연구신고등학교재무제도화회계제도유관채무관리규범，병제출완선고교거채궤제적로경，유리우창신고교재무관리체계，제고종합재무관리수평화능력，구건현대법치대학체계，보장화촉진고등교육건강발전。
Along with multiple sources of funds of higher education, education loans and debt management has become an important work of university financial management responsibility. The debt management research of the new system, and put forward the relevant suggestions borrowing mechanism, which is advantageous to the innovation of university financial management system and improve the financial management level and ability, construct the modem university system of rule of law, protect and promote the healthy development of higher education.
