组织惯例数学建模是长期以来组织惯例研究的难点问题.基于系统论的基本思想给出了一个组织惯例的一般定义,并建立了一个描述组织惯例的数学模型,即组织惯例可用行为集中的一条封闭曲线来描述.在此基础上,论述了组织惯例边界的存在并对其进行了数学描述.接着用栅格空间表示准商拓扑空间,构造了组织惯例的粗集拓扑模型.指出组织惯例建模在整个组织惯例研究中的重要作用.

The difficult problem on research of organizational routines is mathematical modeling of organizational routines. A mathematical model for describing organizational routines is presented based on the basic idea of system theory, i.e. organizational routines can be described by a closed curve in the feasibility set. On the basis, the existence of the organizational routines boundary is discussed in details, and the mathematical description of the boundary of organizational routines is proposed. Then, the topological model of organizational routines is constructed on the basis of representing quasi quotient topological space with grid space. Finally, the important role of mod- eling routines and some further research perspectives on organizational routines is pointed out.
