实地调查表明,鲁甸“8·03”6.5级地震的震中龙头山镇处于断裂带挟持的三沟一坡的谷底区。震中区地貌属于断崖山坡的崩塌碎屑堆积体,并有河流侵蚀。地震伤亡类型主要是房屋震塌掩埋和边坡滚石或倒塌墙体击伤。在震中区,房屋震塌受损既与建筑所处地貌类型和地基岩石类型有关,更与建筑结构、建筑材料关系密切。震区生命线工程损毁与工程地基、山体森林植被有一定关系。山体植被状况也影响次生灾害发生。灾后恢复重建必须重视地基处理以及建筑结构和建筑材料管理。选好地基、建牢建筑是预防地震灾害的主要措施。要重视山体森林植被的保护和恢复,提高生命线工程的抗震防震级别,以建筑工程和生态工程的质量预防地震,保护人民生命财产安全。

The epicenter of Ludian Earthquake on August 3 of 2014 measured at 6.5 Ms is Long-toushan Township which is located at the rift-zone of a valley-bottom with three streams and one slope.This landform of a seismic center is a combination of collapsed rock-debris body under an es-carpment slope with an erosion stream.The types of casualties from the earthquake were mainly a re-sult of falling walls,buildings or stones from the slope.In the seismic center,the collapse of houses or buildings is not only related to the landform and foundation rock,but more to the architectural structures and materials.The damage to the lifeline project in the earthquake-stricken area was also related to the engineering foundation and mountainous vegetation which is also a cause for secondary disasters.The consequential rehabilitation and reconstruction after the earthquake must pay attention to the foundation quality,construction structure and materials.The good foundation and strong con-structions are the major anti-earthquake means.More attention should be given to mountainous affor-estation and high-quality anti-earthquake lifeline projects,and better ecologic environments are the guarantee for the future safety of the people and their property.
