“内质性”问题是融合教育进程中的障碍。促进农民工随迁子女融合教育,充分发挥互动在融合教育中的作用,建立学校、社区以及家庭三方联动的互动机制势在必行。推进随迁子女融合教育,须提高农民工随迁子女人际交往能力,平等就学、混合编班、混合编组,鼓励朋辈群体互助,强化农民工随迁子女家长教育,积极开发融入地的方言校本课程。

The endoplasmic issue is an obstacle to the process of the fusion education. Promoting the fusion education of migrant rural workers' children, we should give full play the role of interaction in fusion education, and set up the interactive mechanism of the three different subjects including school, community and family. In order to promote mutual fusion effectively, the countermeasures of fusion education has been put forward such as improving the communicative ability of migrant rural workers' children, making parity of enrollment and mixed class and team, encouraging mutual help among peer groups, strengthening the cultivation to migrant rural workers, and actively developing the local dialect school-based curriculum.
