新中国成立以来,高等教育装备经历了初步发展期、严重损毁期、逐步恢复期、快速发展期、跨越发展期等五个时期,呈现进口逐渐缩小化、生产逐渐社会化、配置逐渐市场化、产品逐渐标准化、管理逐渐制度化、技术逐渐信息化等六大特征。在发展过程中,我国高等教育装备存在国家战略缺失、部分仪器设备亟待更新、高精尖产品研发不足、装备市场体系不完善、相关研究不足等问题。应加快制定高等教育装备战略,对部分仪器设备更新换代,努力提升高精尖产品研发制造水平,进一步加强装备市场体系建设,加强高等教育装备研究。

신중국성립이래,고등교육장비경력료초보발전기、엄중손훼기、축보회복기、쾌속발전기、과월발전기등오개시기,정현진구축점축소화、생산축점사회화、배치축점시장화、산품축점표준화、관리축점제도화、기술축점신식화등륙대특정。재발전과정중,아국고등교육장비존재국가전략결실、부분의기설비극대경신、고정첨산품연발불족、장비시장체계불완선、상관연구불족등문제。응가쾌제정고등교육장비전략,대부분의기설비경신환대,노력제승고정첨산품연발제조수평,진일보가강장비시장체계건설,가강고등교육장비연구。
Higher educational equipment has gone through five periods, which includes initial development period, seriously damaged period, gradually recovery period, fast development period and great-leap-forward development period. The periods have presented 6 major characters: import is gradually downsizing, production is gradually socialized, configuration is gradually market-oriented, production is gradually standardized, management is gradually institutionalized, technology is gradually informationized. There are still some problems during the development of higher educational equipment, such as national strategy is absent, some instrument and equipment need to be updated, the research on high-grade and advanced products is not enough, market system of equipment is not perfect, correlational research on equipment is insufficient. Therefore, we should speed up to formulate higher educational equipment strategy, upgrade problematic instruments and equipments, promote the research and manufacturing abilities of high-grade and advanced products, and enhance the system construction of equipment market, so that our higher educational equipment can be perfect gradually.
