从民族民间文学的传承研究入手，探讨了新时期黔西北民族民间文学“活态传承”的价值和意义，并结合田野调查结果和案例分析阐述了活态传承的不足，进而从建立黔西北民族文学继承人机制，优化“活态”传承的生态环境及市场化应用与生产性保护等方面，提出了黔西北民族民间文学“活态传承”的对策。

Starting with the inheritance research of ethnic folk literature, the paper probes into the value and significance of ＂living inheritance＂ of the ethnic folk literature in Northwest Guizhou, which is currently unperfect according to the results of field research and case study. The paper proposes measures of ＂ living inheritance＂ by establishing a mechanism to select heirs of ethnic literature in this region, optimizing the eco-environment of ＂living inheritance＂, improving the market-oriented application and productive protection of ethnic folk literature in Northwest Guizhou.
