学习共同体是一种全新的合作学习方式,是一种自主、平等和互惠的合作共同体。教师学习共同体与学校是利益共同体,学校通过搭建教学共同体、科研共同体、技术攻关共同体等合作学习的组织平台,为教师合作提供良好的空间。学校可以在合作氛围创设、平台搭建、机制完善和资源保障上发挥作用,为教师之间的合作学习和专业成长创造更多的有利条件。

학습공동체시일충전신적합작학습방식,시일충자주、평등화호혜적합작공동체。교사학습공동체여학교시이익공동체,학교통과탑건교학공동체、과연공동체、기술공관공동체등합작학습적조직평태,위교사합작제공량호적공간。학교가이재합작분위창설、평태탑건、궤제완선화자원보장상발휘작용,위교사지간적합작학습화전업성장창조경다적유리조건。
Learning community is a new way of cooperative learning, it is a kind of independent, equal and mutually beneficial cooperation community. The teacher learning community and the school is a community of interests, by building cooperative learning organization platform such as the teaching community, the scientific community, technology research community, the school provide a good space for teachers' cooperation. The school can also play an important role in creating atmosphere of cooperation and platform, perfecting mechanism and resource security, which can create more favorable conditions for the cooperative learning and common progress between members.
