本文采用化学法对污泥进行处理,以污泥脱水率和污泥中重金属离子去除率为指标,对比了硫酸和柠檬酸的处理效果。结果表明,硫酸和柠檬酸对城市污水中污泥的处理程度和侧重点不同,处理效果各有优势。柠檬酸能够有效的将污泥中的重金属离子汞与铅脱除,硫酸能够除去污泥中大部分的重金属离子而对上述两种金属离子的脱除效率偏低。本文在此基础上设计了一套分段处理工艺,取得了可以适用于城市污水中污泥处理较好效果的数据。

The presented paper dealt with the dispose of sludge. The efficiencies of removing water and heavy metals from the sludge by sulfuric acid or citric acid under different conditions were investigated. The results showed that sulfuric acid was more capable of extracting water and most of the heavy metals, while Hg ions and Pb ions were much more easily removed by citric acid. Based on the results obtained above, a novel method of disposing the sludge was proposed, in which it would be reacted with citric acid firstly, followed by the treatment by sulfuric acid, and a satisfying result was reached.
