Starting from promoting ethnic students ' academic performance quality of IMUFE, this paper examines the non- intellectual factors that influence ethnic students 'cademie performance quality in broad sense from the aspects of psychology, environment and biological sex, puts forward suggestions on education and teaching strategy so as to provide reference for ethnic education and teaching practice.
