以泛长三角地区四省一市28个制造业为研究对象，一方面通过Moran’s I指数和散点图检验泛长三角区域间产业集聚度的全局空间相关性和局部空间自相关情况，从时空角度对产业转移与产业集聚的关系进行了量化考察；另一方面采用空间面板计量模型考察了地区产业集聚受周边省份相关产业转移的影响．研究发现产业转移规模空间变量对周边省份的产业集聚度有着显著的影响，实证结果从定量的角度证实了承接产业转移是实现产业集聚发展的重要途径．此外，研究还发现产业转移规模空间变量对不同发展时期的产业影响不同，影响随着产业的演化方向而逐渐减弱，结果验证了地区产业转移总是从陷于比较劣势产业开始的基本规律．

Taking the 28 manufacturing industries in Pan Yangtze River Delta Area including four provinces and one city as study sample, on the one hand, agglomeration degree＇s spatial correlation of representative industries were tested by Moran＇s I index and scatter graph, and the relations between in- dustrial transfer and industrial cluster were investigated from the view of space-time. On the other hand, the impact of peripheral industrial transfer on industrial cluster was tested by spatial panel models. We found that the peripheral industrial transfer has significantly positive impacts on the industrial cluster, which verified that acceptance of industrial transfer is an important way of industrial cluster. In addition, we also found that there are different impacts of industrial transfer on different period industries and the impacts declined with the direction of industry evolution, which confirmed the law that industrial transfer always begin from inferior industries.
