新创小微企业往往资源匮乏,需要从外部关系网络中获取所需资源,创业者的网络能力就成为影响企业成长的重要因素,但是网络能力对新创企业绩效影响机理的“黑箱”有待进一步打开。为此,本文从创业者能力的异质性出发,提出“网络能力一吸收能力一成长绩效”的作用路径,并以141家新创小微企业为样本进行实证分析。结果发现:创业者的网络构建能力和网络嵌入能力对企业成长绩效具有显著的直接影响,而关系管理能力对企业成长绩效的直接影响并不显著;创业者的吸收能力在网络嵌入能力与企业成长绩效之间起到部分中介作用,在关系管理能力与企业成长绩效之间起到完全中介作用。

Newly established small and micro businesses tend to be short of resources and have to gain access to needed resources through their social networks. Therefore, the entrepreneur's network capability has become an important factor that influences the growth performance of the new ventures, but the mechanism of the influence of network capability on enterprise performance is still waiting to be more deeply explored. Supported by an empirical analysis of samples of 141 small and micro businesses, this paper brings forward a theoretical model of " network capability, absorptive capacity and growth perform-ance". The results show that the entrepreneur's capacities of network construction and network embedding have significant in- fluence on the growth performance of enterprises, but the capacity of relationship management does not have the same efl'ect. The entrepreneur's absorptive capacity plays a partial intermedimT role between the network embedding capability and growth performance, but it plays a full intermediary role between the relationship management capability and growth performance.
