两岸的问题是内战与冷战共同造成的结果，再加上两岸长期的分裂与隔绝，致使两岸之间存在的历史一致性被隐没。当前两岸关系进入和平发展的“深水区”，两岸之间在政治上的“合情合理安排”，必须奠基于两岸自身的历史脉络，从历史面对现实，正视历史事实与历史正义，最终才能解决两岸之间的紧张矛盾关系，追求有进步意义的国家与民族再统一。
兩岸的問題是內戰與冷戰共同造成的結果，再加上兩岸長期的分裂與隔絕，緻使兩岸之間存在的歷史一緻性被隱沒。噹前兩岸關繫進入和平髮展的“深水區”，兩岸之間在政治上的“閤情閤理安排”，必鬚奠基于兩岸自身的歷史脈絡，從歷史麵對現實，正視歷史事實與歷史正義，最終纔能解決兩岸之間的緊張矛盾關繫，追求有進步意義的國傢與民族再統一。
량안적문제시내전여랭전공동조성적결과，재가상량안장기적분렬여격절，치사량안지간존재적역사일치성피은몰。당전량안관계진입화평발전적“심수구”，량안지간재정치상적“합정합리안배”，필수전기우량안자신적역사맥락，종역사면대현실，정시역사사실여역사정의，최종재능해결량안지간적긴장모순관계，추구유진보의의적국가여민족재통일。
The cross-Strait Problems are the results of the Chinese Civil War and Cold War. The longterm split and isolation of two sides have particularly led to the concealment of historical consistency between the two sides. Current cross-Strait relations have entered the ＂deep-water zone＂ of peaceful development, hence the political ＂reasonable arrangements＂ must be based on the historical context of both sides. Only by confronting historical facts and justice, could the tense cross-Strait relations be resolved ultimately, thus resul- ting in the pursuit of progressive reunification of China.
