检验检测与认证认可是国际上通行的提高产品质量、服务质量和管理水平,促进经济发展的重要手段。目前检测认证服务业已深入我国经济社会的各个领域,并成为国民经济中一个重要的新兴行业,然而检测认证服务业统计调查体系建立的滞后不但严重影响着行业发展的科学规划与管理,而且行业影响力也受到极大的制约。鉴此,本文首先介绍了检测认证服务业的基本情况,然后在借鉴国内典型服务业行业统计指标体系设置经验的基础上,根据检测认证服务业的特点,围绕三类从业主体从六个方面研究建立了检测认证服务业统计指标体系,为建立和完善检测认证服务业统计体系奠定基础。

Testing, certification and accreditation are internationally accepted important means of improving product quality, service quality, management level and promoting economic development. Currently, testing and certification industry has already penetrated in all areas of economy and society, and has already become an important emerging industry. However, the lag in the establishment of statistical survey system not only seriously affect the scientific planning and management of the industry, and influence of the industry has also been greatly restricted. This paper firstly discuss the significance about establishing the statistical indicator system for testing and certification industry, introduce the basic situation of the industry, and then establish a statistical indicator system for testing and certification industry from six aspects. The statistical indicator system is established according to the characteristics of the industry and surrounding three types of practitioners, based on the experience of the statistical indicator system in some domestic typical service industries. The indicator system lays the foundation for the establishment and improvement of the statistical system in the future.
