Based on the connotation of low-carbon industry chain and kinds of study at home and abroacd, the paper established the symbiotic system structure of low-carbon forestry industry chain. From resource, ecology and value three dimensional chains, it analyses the formation mechanism of the low-carbon industry chain, and according to the theory of modular thought from the angle of mathematical elaboration, to expand and improve low-carbon forestry industrial symbiosis system and optimize the structure to lay the theoretical foundation.
