“千人计划”实施后,我国“985工程”高校纷纷引进海外高层次人才。大学成为异常活跃的“人才之都”。基于“985工程”高校前五批“千人计划”入选者,利用Web of Science(SCI-E/SSCI)、CNKI、Engineering Village数据库,通过统计数据、建立模型等方式,就“985工程”高校“千人计划”学术生产力及影响力等展开分析。结果表明:“985工程”高校前五批“千人计划,,被引进后其整体拥有较强的学术生产力及影响力,EI、SCI—E、SSCI及CSSCI发文量、对应被引量、引进前后论文量比值及个体年平均被引指数P等指标有明显提高。为此,高校应抓住有利时机.进一步调整人才结构,营造人才成长环境,确保卓越人才引得进、留得住、发展好。

Since China "985" universities have adopted overseas high-level qualified person, the university became hyperactive "talent capital". This paper is based on the top five batches of the "985" universities global experts (referred to as global experts), using Web of Science (SCI-E/SSCI), CNKI, Engineering Village database, through the way of statistical data and establish the model, analysis of the academic productivity and academic influence of "985" university global experts. The results show that the whole of the top five batches of the "985" universities global experts have higher academic productivity and academic influence after introduced, the number of articles published in EI, SCIE, SSCI, CSSCI and the cited cases, the ratio of the number of papers published before and after the introduction of and the average individual cited index P have improved obviously. Therefore, the universities should seize the favorable opportunity and further improve the talent structure to ensure we can not only introduce and keep boasting talents, but also make them have good development.
