The cultivation of capacity for the full-time postgraduates of professional degree in education is an important part of ensuring the quality of the postgraduate education. In order to promote the practices of the full-time postgraduates of professional degree in education, Northeast Normal University has launched series of work and put forward main ideas and measures for establishing the capacity-building system. The practices of the full-time postgraduates of professional degree in education is gradually being promoted through the building of the capacity-building system.
