国际国内社会对儿童保护的关注程度有增无减。儿童保护不仅指防止儿童被性侵、拐卖、日常生活安全危害等,也包括预防和制止被体罚。父母对儿童的体罚作为一种教育和纠正儿童行为的方式在世界范围内广泛存在,在当今社会,中国父母体罚儿童现象也较常见。国际上关于儿童被体罚的研究汗牛充栋,但更多是基于西方社会文化背景下的研究,中国本土的研究较少,对中国儿童分性别受体罚状况的大数据分析更为罕见。此研究利用第三期中国妇女社会地位调查相关数据,从儿童权利保护和性别视角出发,以儿童受父母体罚为中心和切入点,对中国儿童受保护状况进行了考察,分析了儿童受体罚与城乡地域;儿童性别及年龄;父母的性别、职业、受教育程度、情绪状态及夫妻间暴力之间的关联。

There are many previous studies in western countries, but there are only a few about Chinese children. This study describes the current situation of Chinese children suffering from parental corporal punishment on the basis of The Third Survey on the Social Status of Women in China, and analyzes the relevant factors such as sex, age, urban or rural background, location, the educa- tion level, the career, emotion and the violence between parents.
