Chinese minority languages and literatures; talent -training model ; reform and exploration
中国少数民族语言文学是云南民族大学的特色和优势专业,在60多年的办学历程中,该专业充分发挥民族类院校的学科专业优势,为边疆民族地区培养输送了一大批高素质的民语人才。然而,20世纪90年代中后期,该专业却一度陷入了生源数量严重不足、招生人数逐年下降的困境,专业学科建设发展受到了极大的制约。为有效解决这一问题,学校抓住云南建设民族文化大省的机遇,从2002年开始了中国少数民族语言文学人才培养模式改革的探索与实践,先后与丽江市、德宏傣族景颇族自治州、怒江傈僳族自治州等12个州、市、县签订了联合培养纳西族、傣族、景颇族、傈僳族等民族语言与文化保护传承人才的协议,形成了“学校+地方政府”合作培养少数民族语言专门人才的新型人才培养模式,为促进边疆民族地区的经济社会发展和民族语言文化传承作出了新的贡献。

" Chinese minority languages and literatures" is a privileged program with its characteristics in Yunnan Minzu University. In the past 60 years, this program has brought into full play its disciplinary advantages and produced numerous high - quality graduates majoring in minority languages for the minority borderland. In the middle and late period of the 1990s, this program faced a poor enroll- ment and fell into a dilemma. When Yunnan began to build itself into a powerful province with typical ethnic cultures, Yunnan Minzu University in 2002 began to carry out its reform on the training of talents majoring in Chinese minority languages and literatures and en- gaged in the joint- projects with 12 prefectures, municipalities and counties like Lijiang Municipality, Dehong Dai -Jingpo Autono- mous Prefecture and Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture for training students majoring in Naxi, Dai, Jingpo or Lisu as well as the in- heritors of minority cultures. This university + local government cooperation model has made new contributions to the socio - economic development in the minority borderland and the inheritance of minority languages and cultures.
