文章选取超越对数劳动要素成本函数的随机前沿模型,构建了2001-2012年华东地区纺织服装产业的省级面板数据,对传统产业中典型行业纺织服装业的劳动效率进行测度,同时构建网络位置指标考察参与全球生产网络深度对产业劳动效率的影响。研究发现,参与全球生产网络将改变传统产业劳动效率改善的惯性路径,华东地区纺织服装业的劳动效率呈“倒U型”提升路径,加入全球生产网络初期,产业劳动效率有下降过程,随着参与全球生产网络广度和深度的增加将推动产业在全球生产网络中网络位置的提升,进而促进区域产业劳动效率的提升。
文章選取超越對數勞動要素成本函數的隨機前沿模型,構建瞭2001-2012年華東地區紡織服裝產業的省級麵闆數據,對傳統產業中典型行業紡織服裝業的勞動效率進行測度,同時構建網絡位置指標攷察參與全毬生產網絡深度對產業勞動效率的影響。研究髮現,參與全毬生產網絡將改變傳統產業勞動效率改善的慣性路徑,華東地區紡織服裝業的勞動效率呈“倒U型”提升路徑,加入全毬生產網絡初期,產業勞動效率有下降過程,隨著參與全毬生產網絡廣度和深度的增加將推動產業在全毬生產網絡中網絡位置的提升,進而促進區域產業勞動效率的提升。

Based on the translog-cost function of Stochastic Frontier Model, this paper makes a study on the impact of the depth of participation in the global production networks on the industry labor efficiency by building the provincial panel data from the textile and garment industry in eastern China from the year of 2001 to 2012, measuring the labor efficiency of textile and garment industry-the typical traditional industry, and establishing a network location indicator to examine the impact. The results show that the participation in global production networks will change the inertial labor efficiency development path of traditional industry,the textile and garment industry labor efficiency in eastern China presents an“inverted U”upgrading path after participating the global production networks. The industry labor efficiency has a downward trend after participating in the global production networks at the early stage. With the improvement of the breadth and depth,the participation in the glob-al production networks can promote the industry to enhance its network location in the global production networks,thereby pro-moting regional industrial labor efficiency.
