目的:探讨与分析核心力量训练在山东省青年女子篮球运动员运动训练过程中的作用。方法:以山东省15名青年女子篮球运动员作为研究对象,系统训练周期为两年半(30个月),训练内容是腰腹核心力量训练与传统力量训练及篮球专项体能训练相结合,训练前、后分别测试功能性运动筛查(FMS)、核心力量评估和强度跳投命中率等多项指标。结果:1)训练前、后 FMS 研究结果比较,被测者的功能性运动能力得到了明显的改善,主要表现在深蹲、躯干俯卧撑和旋转稳定等多个方面;2)腹桥、侧桥、静态俯卧挺身及60°V 型平衡等四项指标,训练前后比较都有显著性提高;3)被测者的训练后强度跳投命中率较训练前跳强度投命中率具有显著性的提高(P =0.000)。结论:两年多的核心力量系统训练改善了山东青年女篮球运动员的核心力量和核心稳定性,并对运动员专项运动成绩的提高提供了巨大的帮助。
目的:探討與分析覈心力量訓練在山東省青年女子籃毬運動員運動訓練過程中的作用。方法:以山東省15名青年女子籃毬運動員作為研究對象,繫統訓練週期為兩年半(30箇月),訓練內容是腰腹覈心力量訓練與傳統力量訓練及籃毬專項體能訓練相結閤,訓練前、後分彆測試功能性運動篩查(FMS)、覈心力量評估和彊度跳投命中率等多項指標。結果:1)訓練前、後 FMS 研究結果比較,被測者的功能性運動能力得到瞭明顯的改善,主要錶現在深蹲、軀榦俯臥撐和鏇轉穩定等多箇方麵;2)腹橋、側橋、靜態俯臥挺身及60°V 型平衡等四項指標,訓練前後比較都有顯著性提高;3)被測者的訓練後彊度跳投命中率較訓練前跳彊度投命中率具有顯著性的提高(P =0.000)。結論:兩年多的覈心力量繫統訓練改善瞭山東青年女籃毬運動員的覈心力量和覈心穩定性,併對運動員專項運動成績的提高提供瞭巨大的幫助。
목적:탐토여분석핵심역량훈련재산동성청년녀자람구운동원운동훈련과정중적작용。방법:이산동성15명청년녀자람구운동원작위연구대상,계통훈련주기위량년반(30개월),훈련내용시요복핵심역량훈련여전통역량훈련급람구전항체능훈련상결합,훈련전、후분별측시공능성운동사사(FMS)、핵심역량평고화강도도투명중솔등다항지표。결과:1)훈련전、후 FMS 연구결과비교,피측자적공능성운동능력득도료명현적개선,주요표현재심준、구간부와탱화선전은정등다개방면;2)복교、측교、정태부와정신급60°V 형평형등사항지표,훈련전후비교도유현저성제고;3)피측자적훈련후강도도투명중솔교훈련전도강도투명중솔구유현저성적제고(P =0.000)。결론:량년다적핵심역량계통훈련개선료산동청년녀람구운동원적핵심역량화핵심은정성,병대운동원전항운동성적적제고제공료거대적방조。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the role of the core strength training on the team training among young female basketball players of Shandong province. Methods:To take 15 young women basketball players of Shandong province as objects,and the period of team training is two years and a half(30 months). The contents of team training are the core strength training,traditional strength training and special physical training of basketball. A number of indicators after training are compared to those of before training, including Functional Movement Screening( FMS),core strength and intensity jumper rate. Results:1) The capacity of functional exercise has been significantly improved,mainly in the aspects of squats,push - ups and torso rotation stability;2)The four indicators of core strength,such as belly bridge,side bridge,static prone to come forward and 60°V - type balance,have also been significantly improved;3)The jumper shots after strength training have been significantly improved(P = 0. 000). Conclusion:More than two years of core strength training improves core strength and core stability of young female basketball players of Shandong province and also offers a great help to athletes in athletic performance.
