建筑业一直管理粗放、效率不高，最重要的原因之一就是建筑业信息化水平较低，建筑信息模型（BIM）技术取代传统CAD技术已经成为必然趋势，BIM为建筑供应链提供了统一的信息交互平台，适应了建筑业单件定制化的需要。基于BIM的供应链信息共享，要排除信息共享障碍，实现建筑供应链的信息共享及价值提升，打破现有的利益格局，建立并不断改进围绕建筑供应链核心企业，以数字化信息系统为中心，以供应链信息共享契约为纽带，以BIM技术及其数据标准为基础，运用IT技术跨组织整合管理流程的信息共享新机制。

Construction industry used to be extensive management and low-efficiency. One important reason for this situation lies in lowlevel of informationization. It has been an inevitable trend that BIM technology will eventually replace the traditional CAD technology. BIM provides a uniform platform for information exchange in construction supply chain so as to adapt customer-made requirement in construction industry. As normal information sharing, BIM-based supply chain information sharing will face cost, technology, information distortion and risk issues. Moreover, construction industry and BIM technology themselves also make some obstacles for information sharing. In order to remove these barriers to realize information sharing and increase values of construction supply chain, it is necessary to break the existing pattern of interests, establish and improve core enterprises around the construction supply chain, and integrate new mechanism for BIM and IT technology information sharing based on contracts and standards.
