随着社会经济的发展和产业结构的优化提升，社会对人才的需求也发生了转变，倒逼新建地方本科院校转型成为现实。通过分析新建本科院校的现状、实施转型的可行性和必要性，提出新建本科院校转型为应用技术大学的必然趋势及转型思路和路径。
隨著社會經濟的髮展和產業結構的優化提升，社會對人纔的需求也髮生瞭轉變，倒逼新建地方本科院校轉型成為現實。通過分析新建本科院校的現狀、實施轉型的可行性和必要性，提齣新建本科院校轉型為應用技術大學的必然趨勢及轉型思路和路徑。
수착사회경제적발전화산업결구적우화제승，사회대인재적수구야발생료전변，도핍신건지방본과원교전형성위현실。통과분석신건본과원교적현상、실시전형적가행성화필요성，제출신건본과원교전형위응용기술대학적필연추세급전형사로화로경。
With the development of the society and economy , and the promotion of industries , the criteria of choosing the different talent for society has been changed .This situation makes the newly-founded college change its direction in order to keep on its way .This research analyzes the situation of newly-founded colleges and puts for-ward its feasibility and essentiality .This research maintains that it is necessary that newly-founded college transfers to practice Technology University .At last, it gives some suggestion on how to make newly-founded college become technology university .
