通过构建海峡西岸经济区城市物流竞争力的评价指标体系,采用2012年的相关数据,检验了指标间的关系。进而运用基于单纯前向神经网络的非线性主成分分析技术,对海峡西岸经济区的城市物流竞争力进行了评价和分析。结果显示:所选用的13个指标问存在非线性关系;海峡西岸经济区城市物流竞争力主要受城市经济规模和移动电话用户数的影响:通过比较两种主成分分析的结果,发现非线性主成分的得分及排名更合理;海峡西岸经济区中福建板块和浙江板块的城市物流竞争力内部分化较大,江西板块和广东板块的物流资源整合欠佳。这说明.在区域经济体的城市物流建设中,应把握有理时机,对区域内城市物流分类引导,合理分化。

This paper aims to examine the relationship between the indexes of urban logistics competitiveness in the west of cross-strait economic zone based on the related data in 2012 by constructing the evaluation index system, and then analyze the competitiveness by adopting the nonlinear principal component analysis of neural network. Our results show:the relationship of 13 indicators is nonlinear and the urban logistics competitiveness is mainly effeeted by urban economic scale and the number of mo- bile phone users. Besides, comparing the results of nonlinear principal component and linear principal component, we find that our rankings in nonlinear principal component are more rational, the internal differentiation in city logistics competitiveness in the province of Fujian and Zhejiang is bigger, and the integration of logistics in Jiangxi Province and Guangdong Province is not satisfactory. In conclusion, in the construction of regional urban logistics, the right opportunity should be grasped to classify and divide the regional urban logistics.
