“教师专业自主”概念的论争继承了哲学、伦理学等领域对“自主”概念论争的基本视角与传统,也结合了教育与教师工作的专业性特征。“教师专业自主”概念论争的权利与自由、意识、能力、专业特质等视角事实上是对“教师专业自主”这一概念体系中不同概念子集及其基本概念的论述。“教师专业自主”的概念体系性特征是我们深入理解、划分概念的基本出发点和前提。
“教師專業自主”概唸的論爭繼承瞭哲學、倫理學等領域對“自主”概唸論爭的基本視角與傳統,也結閤瞭教育與教師工作的專業性特徵。“教師專業自主”概唸論爭的權利與自由、意識、能力、專業特質等視角事實上是對“教師專業自主”這一概唸體繫中不同概唸子集及其基本概唸的論述。“教師專業自主”的概唸體繫性特徵是我們深入理解、劃分概唸的基本齣髮點和前提。

Disputes on the concept of "teacher professional autonomy" share similar perspectives and traditions with the disputes on the concept of "autonomy" in the areas of philosophy and ethics, and con- cern the professional features of education as well as teachers~ work. The disputes in the aspects of rights and freedom, awareness, ability and professional features actually describe the various conceptual subsets and basic concepts in the conceptual system of "teacher professional autonomy", which is the fundamental starting point and prerequisite for us to understand and classify relevant concepts.
