学术界和实业界对组织管理系统中追随的认识经历了从追随歧视到追随反思的变化,并给予追随越来越多的关注。本文在界定追随主体和追随力的内涵的基础上,试图将国内外学者对追随研究的成果进行梳理,并对研究现状进行述评。

The following issue in organization system has come under more and more consideration in academia and industry. This article attempts to hackle the achievements at home and abroad about following on the basis of defining the follower and followership. In addition, this paper reviews and prospects the empirical study about following issue.
