以中国知网期刊全文数据库为数据源,主要运用统计分析的方法,从作者及其所在单位、刊载的期刊、学科分布、选题内容四个方面阐释中国大陆全民阅读研究的状况,剖析其特点,揭示其趋势,为繁荣全民阅读研究建言献策。图书馆界既是全民阅读研究的主力军,又是全民阅读研究成果的主要传播者。接近一半的全民阅读期刊文章是从图书情报学角度切入的。编辑出版一线人员在全民阅读研究方面要发挥应有作用。高校学报与教育人文期刊要积极传播全民阅读研究成果。成年人阅读、军人阅读、商人（特别是商界名流、企业家）阅读、弱势群体阅读是今后全民阅读研究应予大力开发的领域。全民阅读研究要切实做到原道与求术相结合,要坚持理性、公正的态度和务实的学风。

Based on the Chinese journal full-text database, and mainly by using the method of Statistical analysis,this thesis expounds the status of nationwide reading and dissects its characteristics from the authors and their unit＇s names, periodicals,subjects distribution and the thesis contents, in order to provide advice on national reading research＇s deeper development and prosperity. The society of library is not only the main force of nationwide reading research, but also the main spreader of research achievement. Because nearly half of nationwide reading periodicals were expanded from the perspective of library informatics and the editors played an important role in nationwide reading research in past. As a result, Journal of colleges and universities as well as humanistic education journals should make full promotion of nationwide reading research. There is no doubt that communities of adults reading, armymen reading, businessmen reading （especially the celebrity of them） and the vulnerable groups reading will be the main field of nationwide reading research. Anyway, nationwide reading research should be theoretically and practically on the organic combination of theory with practice, rationally and equitably on attitude, pragmatically on academic discipline.
