The cultivation of pharmaceutical talents of innovative spirit and practical ability is the need of social development. It is an important issue for local colleges and universities to train pharmaceutical talents suited to the local economic construction through the innovation of training mode. Cultivating application-oriented talents should be based on the actual position of demands of market and graduates＇ knowledge and ability. Efforts should be made to work out cultivation plan,adjust and optimize curriculum system,and explore a new personnel training mode.
