教育实践是培养师范生教育教学能力的重要环节。文章针对双向渗透式师范生教育实践，从教育理念、实践基地、培养培训一体化以及高等师范教育与基础教育对接等方面进行探索，从而提升师范生教育教学质量。

The education practice of normal student is important link of cultivating ability in education and teaching .This paper researches the dual parties＇penetration education practice pattern .We probed education practice based on a few aspects ：educa-tion thought ,practice base ,entity of cultivating-training and combining of normal college education with foundation education . We hope to provide reference in promoting education-teaching quality of normal student .
