从公文书写格式的角度出发,梳理居延汉简中的共行文以及提及＂都尉府＂的相关简牍,＂以为左部司马＂与肩水都尉之间存在明显的上下级隶属关系;根据出土简牍汉代张掖郡居延地区边防骑兵的实际作战情况,对＂左部司马＂下辖部队的编制进行分析,肩水都尉下辖的骑兵部队采取了分类部署、各司其职的策略,其中并无＂右司马＂或＂右部司马＂之类的称谓。汉简书写中A32（金关）以南的称＂右＂而非谓＂左＂,＂左部司马＂应断为＂左·部司马＂,＂左＂应理解为佐助、协助之意,＂左部司马＂应为肩水都尉属下佐助部司马承担边境防御任务的军事类职官。

The paper discusses the common writing manner and some slips referring to ＂commandant organization＂ in JuYan Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty from the perspective of official documents. We discovered that ＂Subsidiary SiMa＂was under the direct leadership of the JianShui commandant. The paper discusses the frontier cavalryman＇ s actual military situation in JuYan areas of ZhangYe Shire of the Han Dynasty from the Bamboo Slips. It analyses the trip compiling affiliated to ＂Subsidiary SiMa＂, the cavalryman under the leadership of JianShui-commandant with different areas of responsibilities. We discovered that there was no record of ＂Right SiMa＂. In the Bamboo Slips of the Han Dynasty located south of A32 naming ＂Right＂ not ＂Left＂, the ＂Left SiMa＂ means ＂Subsidiary SiMa＂ actually. ＂Subsidiary SiMa＂ shoulders the responsibility of defending national frontiers who is under the leadership of JianShui-commandant.
