在理论层面阐释合法性与制度多样性逻辑关系的基础上,以一个村庄的村委会选举为个案,考察了村委会选举在合法性压力下的不同层次的制度选择,分析了多样性制度如何与组织结构相结合形成整体性的制度安排,提出了合法性压力下的制度多样性协作机制及HLM模型,阐明了制度多样性有利于分散合法性压力的观点。
在理論層麵闡釋閤法性與製度多樣性邏輯關繫的基礎上,以一箇村莊的村委會選舉為箇案,攷察瞭村委會選舉在閤法性壓力下的不同層次的製度選擇,分析瞭多樣性製度如何與組織結構相結閤形成整體性的製度安排,提齣瞭閤法性壓力下的製度多樣性協作機製及HLM模型,闡明瞭製度多樣性有利于分散閤法性壓力的觀點。

Based on the theoretical analysis of the logical relationship between legmmacy ana alver- sification,this paper takes the village committee elections as a case, investigates diversified institution choices under legitimacy pressure, and analyzes how diversified institution and organizational structure combined to form an integral system, proposes the specific operating mechanism of diversified institu- tions and HEM model under legitimacy pressure, and presents the view that diversified institutions will be good for dispersing legitimacy pressure.
