研究了制造商预测信息的分享对存在普通消费者及绿色消费者的再制造供应链的影响.建立并求解了集中模式、分散合作模式和分散竞争模式下信息无分享和信息分享的期望利润模型,并用比较和数值仿真的方法对结果进行了分析.研究表明:合作模式下信息分享对原制造商和供应链不利,对再制造商有利;竞争模式下信息分享对原制造商、再制造商、供应链均有利;当普通消费者支付意愿较小时,随着绿色消费者市场份额的增大,再制品需求上升,新产品需求下降;无论哪种决策模式,原制造商、再制造商和供应链的利润随着绿色消费者份额的增大而增大;集中模式下供应链的总利润大于两种分散模式.

The rapid economic development has produced serious environmental problems in recent years.An increasing number of researchers have started to pay more attention to remanufacturing supply chains.In many countries,especially the United States of America,most remanufactured products are finished by independent third party re-manufactures (IRs),which threaten the selling of new products.Under the circumstance,some original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) choose to co-work with IRs.However,the others choose to achieve competitive advantage via price competition.Many researchers compare the two modes (cooperation and competition) based on product price,demand,enterprise profits,and consumer effectiveness degree.Consumer's evaluation for new products and remanufactured products would influence the decisions of OEMs and IRs.Many studies assume that consumer valuation for remanufactured products is lower than that of new products because remanufactured products have defect in fields of quality,durability,and other areas."Green consumers" equally value remanufactured and new products.Furthermore,uncertain demand and the impact of demand forecasting in price competition are ignored by many studies.The authors study how demand information sharing of OEMs influence the supply chain with remanufacturing in the context that there are primary consumers and green consumers in the same market.Firstly,we derive the demand function of two kinds of products (new products and remanufactured products) with the valuation theory.Secondly,we set up one centralized decision-making mode and four decentralized decision-making modes:cooperative mode without information sharing,cooperative mode with information sharing,competitive mode without information sharing,and competitive mode with information sharing.Thirdly,we calculate product retailed price,wholesale price,the expected profit,and information sharing value for each supply chain member in four decentralized modes.Lastly,we investigate if primary consumers are willing to pay for both new and remanufactured products.Our results showed that OEM can benefit from information sharing in the cooperative mode.However,information sharing damages the profitability of IR.Also OEM,IR,and supply chain can benefit from information sharing in the competitive mode.When primary consumers have low willingness to pay the market,the share of green consumers increases and the demand for remanufactured products would increase as the demand for new products would decrease.Under two decision-making modes,the profit of OEM,IR,and supply chain would improve with the increased market share of green consumers.The total profit of the centralized mode is usually larger than that of two decentralized decision-making modes.To summarize,this paper adopts the game theory to study the effect of information sharing on supply chain with remanufacturing.The major findings of this study can provide academic and practical implications for OEMs and IRs.
