物联网近年来得到了快速发展，而相关法律问题开始浮出水面。主要从“人”之威胁和“物”之威胁两个角度论述了物联网安全所面临的法律问题。“人”之威胁指人通过物联网侵犯他人权益；“物”之威胁则指物对人之权益的侵犯。学界研究较多的物联网隐私和信息系统安全问题多属于前者，而后者主要体现为人工智能对人的伤害问题。为应对这两方面安全威胁，构建安全、可控的物联网，应尽快出台一部RFID法规；加快个人信息保护法和网络安全法立法进程；完善我国隐私权相关法律制度；深入开展人工智能立法研究；以及建立一套物联网安全应急预警和处置机制。

Internet of things has developed rapidly in recent years, and related legal problems has begun to be on surface which cloud be researched mainly from two perspectives of ＂men＇ s＂ threats and ＂things＂ threats. The former refers that men endanger others＇ legal interests through internet of things; the latter things endanger men＇ s interests. Internet of things privacy and information system security, much researched in academics, belong to the former, while the latter is mainly reflected in artificial intelligence＇ s endangerment on men. To deal with these two aspects of security threat and construct secure and controllable internet of things, act of RFID should be introduced ASAP, legislation progress of personal information protection and cybersecurity fasten, privacy - related legal system elaborated, researches on artificial intelligence deepen, and a emergency alarming and tackling system of security of internet of things constructed.
