基于对国内图书馆过刊利用和管理现状的分析,借鉴国外图书馆合作储存过刊文献的方法,提出我国开展基于联盟合作储存低利用率期刊的对策和措施。

Based on the analysis of the current use and management of overdue periodicals in Chinese libraries, and learning from the method of storing outdated periodicals and literature in foreign libraries, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and strategies of managing low utilization rate of periodical literature in order to promote the implementation of cooperative storage of periodicals in our country.
