分析了我国纸和纸板的出口现状及特点,并从国际大环境、国内政策、自身供给需求3个方面进行定性分析,并建立多元回归模型对影响因素进行分析,结果表明：世界纸和纸板的产量、是否加入WTO、人民币有效实际汇率对纸和纸板的出口量影响显著,并据此提出建议。
分析瞭我國紙和紙闆的齣口現狀及特點,併從國際大環境、國內政策、自身供給需求3箇方麵進行定性分析,併建立多元迴歸模型對影響因素進行分析,結果錶明：世界紙和紙闆的產量、是否加入WTO、人民幣有效實際彙率對紙和紙闆的齣口量影響顯著,併據此提齣建議。
분석료아국지화지판적출구현상급특점,병종국제대배경、국내정책、자신공급수구3개방면진행정성분석,병건립다원회귀모형대영향인소진행분석,결과표명：세계지화지판적산량、시부가입WTO、인민폐유효실제회솔대지화지판적출구량영향현저,병거차제출건의。
In the paper, the export situation and characteristics of Chinese paper and paperboard is summarized, on which a qualitative analysis is given by three aspects： international environment, domestic policy, domestic supply and demand of China. And a multiple regression model is established to analyze 9 relational influencing factors, with results that the global production of paper and paperboard, participation of WTC）, effective exchange rate of RMB have significant effects on exports to the paper and paperboard. Then some proposals are given for reference.
