社会资本效应是县域产业集群发展中的重要特征之一，其在县域产业集群发展的封闭环境下发挥了重要的资源配置作用，但随着产业集群的经营环境从封闭逐渐转向开放，集群网络的社会资本效应逐步下降。文章结合陕西户县纸箱产业集群的发展，通过实证分析县域产业集群的社会资本效应，得出社会资本效应下降后县域集群中小企业融资机制的创新思路。
社會資本效應是縣域產業集群髮展中的重要特徵之一，其在縣域產業集群髮展的封閉環境下髮揮瞭重要的資源配置作用，但隨著產業集群的經營環境從封閉逐漸轉嚮開放，集群網絡的社會資本效應逐步下降。文章結閤陝西戶縣紙箱產業集群的髮展，通過實證分析縣域產業集群的社會資本效應，得齣社會資本效應下降後縣域集群中小企業融資機製的創新思路。

T he leading feature of development of industrial cluster in county is social capital effect ,w hich plays an important role in the closed environment of industrial cluster in county .However ,as the closed environment becomes more open ,the social capital effect of industrial cluster falls into a decline .T he pa-per analyses the required circumstance and manifestation of the change of social capital effect ,and puts for-ward some innovative ideas of medium -sized and small enterprises＆#39;financing mechanism when the social capital effect fallen ,w hich based on the development of industrial cluster in county of Shanxi province .
