学术界提出了思想政治教育研究的多种范式，但一般认为主要的思想政治教育研究范式有两种，即工作范式和哲学范式。工作范式和哲学范式也各有不同形态。比较这些范式发现，思想政治教育的范式之间既有密切联系，也有显著差别。目前使用的工具范式和社会学范式都有明显缺陷。一些学者提出通过实现人学范式的转换来改进思想政治教育，但这种转换面临理论困难以及缺乏实际工作的支撑。因此可行的作法是对现有思想教育的研究范式进行改良。

Many scholars suggest a variety of ideological education paradigms.According to the aca-demic community,there are two ideological and political education research paradigms：the practical paradigm and philosophical paradigm.Practical paradigm and philosophical paradigm also have two forms each.The both paradigms of ideological education have significant differences and common as-pects.The current practical paradigm and sociological paradigm have obvious defects.Some scholars proposed the shift of paradigms to promote the effect of ideological and political education job,which has a positive significance,but this kind of conversion facing theoretical difficulties and lack of actual practice support.So the feasible method is to improve the current ideological education paradigm by adding some content of humanity paradigm.
