农民科技培训是农业产业化进程中从传统农业向现代农业转变的重要途径。以对陕西省猕猴桃主产区948个种植户的调查数据为基础,利用有序Logit回归模型构建实证检验模型,探讨影响农民科技培训需求意愿的因素。研究结果显示,农户是否寻求合作社科技支持、采用新技术和新品种的行为、培训对增产增收的效果和政府惠农政策对培训需求的影响较为显著。这说明,除了以往学者研究的农户个体特征和家庭资本特征外,农民合作社、农户对农业科技的态度和政府惠农政策也是影响农民科技培训需求意愿的显著性因素。

Farmers’ training in agricultural science and technology is an important way for the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in the process of agricultural industrialization .Based on a first-hand survey data of kiwi fruit growers in the main planting area of Shaanxi Province ,the Ordered Logit empirical model is used to investigate the factors influencing farmers ’ desire for training in agricultural science and technology .The research results show that w hether a farmer seeks cooperative technology support ,the behavior of adoption of new technology and new varieties ,training effect on increasing production and government ’s agricultural policy are sig-nificant influencing factors .It means that ,in addition to the previous study of individual characteristics and charac-teristics of domestic capital ,farmer cooperatives ,farmers’ attitude to agricultural science and technology and the corresponding government policy are also significant factors influencing farmers ’ desire for training in science and technology .
