从马克思分工理论引出的流通命题在我国新一轮的转型经济背景下具有新的理论内涵，而演化经济学相关理论符合现代流通业发展对动态的、系统的流通理论创新的诉求。通过演化经济学的分析手法，立足于流通过程在生产力、生产方式和消费方式之间的作用，深入探究了流通组织演化之“新奇”的产生，以及其作用下的流通产业组织演化传导机理。从分析中得出流通组织变迁实际上是一个自然选择过程，在常规演进动力下流通组织变迁的滞后性导致了流通产业的“路径依赖”和多业态均衡，这将为流通链两端的进一步变革造成积压性阻力。在此基础上为目前我国流通组织升级和政策制定提供理论建议。

Circulation proposition educed from Marx’s labor division theory has had a new theoretical connotation under the background of a new round of economic transition in China.The related theory of evolutionary economics meets the requirement that the development of modern circulation industry demands innovation in dynamic and systematic theory.Based on the analytical technique of evolutionary economics and the effects among productive force,mode of production and pattern of consumption in the process of circulation,the article deeply studies the generation of “novelty”from the evolution of circulation organization and evolutionary mechanism of circulation industry organization.It thinks that the evolution of circulation organization is in fact the process of natural selection,and the lagging behind in the evolution of circulation organization in conventional evolutionary dynamic results in “path dependence”and the balance of multiple commercial activities of circulation industry, which will hinder the revolution in circulation chain ends.Finally,it puts forward some theoretical suggestions on the upgrading of circulation organization and policy making in China.
