通过问卷调查,衡水学院2005-2008年学风问题主要表现在学生个性特征、课堂冷漠现象、专业认同指数、应试心理、职业规划和学习目标等方面。造成的原因既有学生自身的,也有教育管理和制度的问题。对此,衡水学院树立了“勤学力行”的学风理念,建立健全了学风建设系统以保障学风建设稳固运行。为此,衡水学院建立健全了以人为本的教育引导机制,加强了学籍管理配套制度建设,完善了学风预警机制和学风监控保障机制,构建了学风激励机制和学风考核评价机制。几年来,学风状况大有好转。
通過問捲調查,衡水學院2005-2008年學風問題主要錶現在學生箇性特徵、課堂冷漠現象、專業認同指數、應試心理、職業規劃和學習目標等方麵。造成的原因既有學生自身的,也有教育管理和製度的問題。對此,衡水學院樹立瞭“勤學力行”的學風理唸,建立健全瞭學風建設繫統以保障學風建設穩固運行。為此,衡水學院建立健全瞭以人為本的教育引導機製,加彊瞭學籍管理配套製度建設,完善瞭學風預警機製和學風鑑控保障機製,構建瞭學風激勵機製和學風攷覈評價機製。幾年來,學風狀況大有好轉。

A questionaire survey indicates that the problems of the academic atmosphere of Hengshui University can be shown in the following aspects such as students’ individual characteristics, their indifference to classroom teaching, the index of their specialty cognition, their attitudes towards taking examinations, their career planning and learning objectives, etc. The causes are not only from students themselves but also from the education management and system. To solve these problems, Hengshui University has implanted in the students the learning idea of “being diligent in studies and earnestly practicing what is advocated”, and constructed and perfected the academic atmosphere system to ensure that the academic atmosphere construction could be carried out smoothly. Based on this, Hengshui Univesity has established and perfected huamn-oriented educational guiding mechanism, strengthened the construction of a complete set of school-roll management system, perfected the academic atmosphere warning mechanism and monitor mechanism, and constructed the academic atmosphere incentive mechanism as well as the check-up and evaluation mechanism. The academic atmosphere status has improved a lot in recent few years.
