生命教育是教育的出发点和归宿点,是一种倡导关注生命的完整性(自然生命、精神生命和社会生命)、自由性与独特性,促进学生主动积极健康地发展生命,提升生命的质量,实现生命的意义和价值,促进学生生命自由全面发展的教育理念。采用文献资料法从人的生命是由自然生命、精神生命和社会生命构成的完整生命出发,阐释生命教育与体育教学的关系,对我国体育教学中生命教育缺失现象进行检视,并简陈其回归途径。认为,体育教学是以学生的生命存在为逻辑起点,以生命发展为逻辑主线,以不断提升学生的生命质量、实现生命的意义和价值、追求生命完善为落脚点的教育实践活动。我国体育教学中生命教育缺失侧重表现在学生自然生命的"去兽性化"、精神生命的"去个性化"和社会生命的"去责任化"。为此,体育教学须以学生的生命存在为逻辑起点,尊重和敬畏生命,以生命发展为逻辑主线,理解和感悟生命的真谛,以不断提升学生的生命质量,实现生命的意义和价值,追求学生生命的自由、全面发展,促进体育教学的生命回归。

Life education is the starting point and end point of education. Life education is an advocate for the integrity of life(natural life,spiritual life and social life),freedom,and uniqueness,promote students active and healthy life,improve the quality of life,realize the meaning and value of life,promote students free all-round development education idea to life. In this paper,the methods of literature are adopted,from a man’s life is a complete life is composed of natural life,spiritual life and social life,interpreting the relationship between life education and Physical Education,reviewing the phenomenon of lack of life education in PE teaching,and giving a brief statement of the life education regression approach. Physical education teaching should focus on the students’ life existence as the logical starting point,life develop as the logical line,to improve the students’ quality of life,to realize the meaning and value of life,to pursuit perfect life for foothold education practice. Lack of life education in PE teaching demonstrated from "de-beast" in the natural life of the students, "de-personalization" in spiritual life and "de-responsibility" in social life. Therefore,PE teaching must exist in the students’ life as the logical starting point to respect and fear of life,life as the development of logic to understand and comprehend the true meaning of life,in order to improve the students’ quality of life,realize the meaning and value of life,the pursuit of life of free and comprehensive development of students,improve the life regression of PE teaching.
