外商直接投资对我国经济发展具有巨大的促进作用，但各地区在利用外商投资方面存在着严重的结构性失衡现象。论文通过对我国30个省份FDI数据的空间全域及空间局域自相关性的检验分析，发现我国各省份的FDI在地理空间上存在着显著的正向自相关性，省域之间的FDI活动表现出一定的趋同性，而这种趋同现象正是来自于相邻区域之间的溢出作用。而后基于2000—2010年11年相关数据的空间计量分析，发现溢出效应对我国FDI的区位选择具有极为显著的影响，而且这种影响随时间及空间的变化而变化。研究结论说明，国家在制定FDI相关政策时应充分考虑各地区的空间溢出效应。

There was no doubt that FDI has played an important role in promoting Chinese econo- my development. But it should be noted, because of the background of the reform and opening, our country showed some serious structural imbalance in the use of foreign investment. Through the analysis of globally and locally spatial autocorrelation test on China＇s 30 provinces FDI data, this paper figures out that there exists positive correlation significantly among all the provinces＇ FDI in geographic space, and shows a certain convergence among the provincial FDI activities. It is from the overflow effect between adjacent regions that the gap has narrowed convergence phe- nomenon. Then through the spatial econometric analysis of data in 2000-2010, we conclude that the spillover effect on China＇s location choice of FDI has a significant impact, and the impact changes over time and spaces. Conclusion of the study shows that developed countries should take full account of various regions＇ spatial spillovers when making FDI-related policies.
