为了提高土著人社会地位,澳大利亚联邦政府2000年颁布的《土著人职业教育与培训战略规划(2000-2005)——学习型文化中的伙伴》提出了四大目标:增加土著居民决策参与度、保障土著居民平等的教育参与权、提供适应土著文化的培训内容、加强培训与就业的联系。该战略规划取得了良好成效,土著学生在个人自信心、教育决策参与权、教育成就、就业状况等诸多方面得到了极大提高。
為瞭提高土著人社會地位,澳大利亞聯邦政府2000年頒佈的《土著人職業教育與培訓戰略規劃(2000-2005)——學習型文化中的夥伴》提齣瞭四大目標:增加土著居民決策參與度、保障土著居民平等的教育參與權、提供適應土著文化的培訓內容、加彊培訓與就業的聯繫。該戰略規劃取得瞭良好成效,土著學生在箇人自信心、教育決策參與權、教育成就、就業狀況等諸多方麵得到瞭極大提高。

In order to improve social status of aboriginal people, the Australian government issued Strategic Planning of Vocational Education and Training of Aboriginal People ( 2000 - 2005 ) Partner in Learning-oriented Culture and set up four goals: 1 ) increasing aboriginal people' s decision making opportunities; 2) ensuring their participation in equal education; 3) providing training contents suitable for their culture; and 4) strengthening the relation between training and employment. This strategy is very effective and aboriginal people have made great progress in establishing confidence, participation in decision- making, educational achievements and employment.
