中央企业重组作为国有经济改革的重要环节,其中一个重要的目的在于提升企业竞争力。文章从企业核心竞争力及动态能力理论出发,创新性地分析了二者与中央企业重组策略选择的内在机理,从重组模式、资源整合、技术革新、制度构建及外部环境优化等方面对中央企业竞争力提升与重组策略选择进行探讨,促使中央企业通过重组获得持续发展能力,最终提升国际竞争力,实现国有资产保值增值。

As an important part of the national economic reformation, one significant purpose of the central enterprise reorganization is to enhance business competitiveness. This paper gives an innovative analysis of the internal relationship among enterprise core competence, dynamic capability theory and strategic choice of central corporate reconstruction, discusses the improvement of central enterprise competitiveness and the restructuring strategic choice from the aspects of restructuring mode, resource integration, technological innovation, institutional building and external environment optimization, and helps central enterprises to obtain sustainable development ability, which can ultimately enhance international competitiveness and increase the value of state assets.
