近几年我国男子撑竿跳高运动员竞技能力不断提高,涌现出多名具备一定国际竞争力的运动员。与之矛盾的是对运动员专项身体素质结构特征的研究还相对薄弱。采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和对比分析等方法对我国优秀男子撑竿跳高运动员技术阶段特点与专项身体素质结构的复合性特征进行研究,研究结果得出：我国优秀男子撑竿跳高运动员复合性专项身体素质结构包括,基础性专项身体素质、技术性专项身体素质和保障性专项素质3个层面。

In recent years,the competitive ability of China male pole vaulters has continuously improved. Several vaulters,who have certain international competitiveness,have sprung up. But the concerning vaulter＇s specific physical quality structural characteristics research is weak. Thus,this paper analyzed China elite male pole vaulters＇ skill characteristics and specific physical quality structure by the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,and comparative analysis. The results showed that China elite male pole vaulters＇ specific physical quality structure includes basic,technical,and supported specific physical fitness.
