通过对河北省保定市12县农村调查资料的分析，认为目前我国农民在农业科技服务中的依法维权，处在不会用法、不愿用法和不能用法的困局之中。这一困局的形成，既与传统中国特别是农村注重道德礼制，缺乏法制的历史影响相联系，更是现实多种因素交互作用的结果。要摆脱这一困局，必须加强对农民用法和主体性教育，转变政府支持方式，推进农业适度规模经营，完善法律保障制度。
通過對河北省保定市12縣農村調查資料的分析，認為目前我國農民在農業科技服務中的依法維權，處在不會用法、不願用法和不能用法的睏跼之中。這一睏跼的形成，既與傳統中國特彆是農村註重道德禮製，缺乏法製的歷史影響相聯繫，更是現實多種因素交互作用的結果。要襬脫這一睏跼，必鬚加彊對農民用法和主體性教育，轉變政府支持方式，推進農業適度規模經營，完善法律保障製度。

Based on the analysis of survey data of 12 Counties in Baoding,the article thinks that safeguard farmers rights in agricultural science technology service in our country is in a dilemma which includes farmers do not know about Using law, unwilling to use law and can not use law. The formation of this dilemma, not only linked to the tradition in Chinese especially in rural areas emphasis on morality, lack the rule of law, but also the result which many factors of reality interact. To get rid of the dilemma, we must strengthen the education of using law and being subject for farmers, transform the way of support from government, and promote the agricultural scale operation, improve the legal protection system.
