根据较大规模的问卷抽样调查,对农民工与城镇职工的工作满意度进行了比较研究。研究发现,农民工与城镇职工对工作的满意度评价均处于中等偏上水平,在工作满意度方面的相异性远多于相似性性,城镇职工的满意度高于农民工。回归分析结果表明,工作状况是农民工工作满意度不及城镇职工的真正原因。经济收入、社会资本本、健康状况、工作时间、定期体检以及工作场所是否固定这些因素共同影响了农民工与城镇职工工工工作满意度的提升。

The article, which is based on the large- scale questionnaire sampling survey, has carried on the comparative study about the job satisfactions of migrant workers and urban workers. The study found that the migrant workers' and urban workers' evaluations of job satisfaction are at or above the medium level, and more differences exist than the similarities in job satisfaction. And urban workers' satisfaction is higher than the migrant workers'. Regression analysis results show that the working condition is the real reason that migrant workers' job satisfaction is worse than the urban workers'. Economic income, social capital, health condition, work time, regular physical examination and workplaces influence the migrant workers' and urban workers' job satisfactions.
