本文以井冈山为例,基于旅游感知视角视角,采用SPSS18.0软件,运用因子分析和回归分析等方法,分析红色旅游地满意度的游客感知指标。研究表明,游客对井冈山的总体评价是正向积极的,但实际感知与其期望值有较大差距,满意度不高;游客对井冈山的感知可分为旅游项目、硬件设施、软件服务三个主因子,其中旅游项目的认同度最低;居民热情友好程度、导游讲解服务、旅游交通、旅游项目构成四项因子与井冈山游客满意度存在显著的线性关系,是影响旅游者对红色旅游地满意度的较为敏感性因子。在此基础上,提出红色旅游发展的对策与建议。

The article, based on the angle of perception of tourism, takes Mount Jinggangshan for example, uses the SPSS18.0 software and the methods of factor analysis and regression analysis to analyze the tourist perception indexes of red tourist destination satisfaction. Studies show, the tourists' overall evaluation to Mount Jinggangshan is positive, but the satisfaction is not high because there's a big gap between the actual perception and expectation; tourist perceptions can be divided into three main factors: tourism projects, hardware facilities and software services, among which, the tourism projects have the lowest identification; the four factors of the warmth and friendliness of residents, guide services, tourist traffic and tourism projects have a significant linear regression with the tourist satisfaction, which are the sensitivity factors which influence the tourist satisfaction of the red tourism destination. On this ground, suggestions and the development countermeasures of red tourism are proposed.
